Purchase Orders Accepted and Process - Get a Quote

Purchase orders and school credit card payments are accepted. Here is the process:

  1. Fill out the quick Get a Quote form at the link below to get started.
  2. You can also request a W-9 if needed.
  3. After you fill out the form, you'll receive a quote that you can provide your school.
  4. Once your school approves the quote, they will give you a purchase order which you can send me by hitting reply to this email and attaching the purchase order. If paying by credit card, let me know and I can send an invoice that is payable online.
  5. After receiving the purchase order or credit card payment, I will set up the account for you and send you an invoice that you can pass along to the accounting department.
  6. The invoice needs to be paid within 45 days. 
  7. Be sure to cancel any personal subscriptions after your school sets up an account.
