Issues Getting Signed In (Login, Logging In, Signing In)

Double check the following for me:

  • Make sure you're signing in on the correct site: https://member.kid-inspired.com 
  • Try clearing your cache on your computer browser by clicking on the settings icon next to the URL -> Site Settings -> Clear All Site Data (You can also test whether this is the issue by opening the site in an incognito browser and signing in.) I've left some more instructions for how to do this below.
  • Sometimes, school servers block logging in on websites. You can test this by signing in from a home computer or, if you're at school, turning off wifi on your phone so you're not connected to your school's wifi and signing in over your cell phone connection. If your school is blocking the site, you will need to ask your tech person to add the following domains to the school's whitelist: member.kid-inspired.com, app.kid-inspired.com (if you're using the Student Portal)
  • If you're still having issues, can you send a screenshot of what you're seeing to support@kid-inspired.com? Or I can also reset the password for you, double check that it is working, and then send you the new login credentials


Here's how to clear the cache for a website on your browser. Next to the URL at the top of the page, click the Settings Icon -> All Site Data -> Delete Data

Sometimes, the issue can also be with the caching on your home router a well which isn't as easy to clear manually. Usually, router cache renews fairly often so if the issue is with router cache, the problem should go away on its own after a few hours.
