Problem or Issue with Downloading a Resource
Usually you just need to refresh the page with the download link on it. (Not the page with the XML error. See image below.) Can you double check the following for me:
- If you had the page open and tried to visit the link after more than five minutes, the link may have expired. If this is the case, you just need to reload the page with the download link on it and then click on the download link again. (See image below.)
- Clear your browser cache for the site. You can try signing in with an incognito browser to see if this is the issue. If it works in an incognito browser, you probably just need to clear your cache on your computer's browser by clicking on the settings icon next to the URL -> Site Settings -> Clear All Site Data (I've included more detailed instructions below.)
- If you're still having issues, can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing?

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEARING WEBSITE CACHE
You can double check if it is a caching issue on your browser by logging into the website in an incognito window.
Here's how to clear the cache for a website on your browser. Next to the URL at the top of the page, click the Settings Icon -> All Site Data -> Delete Data
