Student Portal Login Issues - Log In - Sign In
- Make sure the student is trying to log in to the Student Portal at the correct URL: app.kid-inspired.com
- School Servers Blocking Emails: School servers are blocking emails to student accounts from kid-inspired.com You can request to have all emails coming from kid-inspired.com whitelisted.
- Password to Simple: The password chosen for the student when setting up the account needs to be 6 characters and include 1 number and 1 special character otherwise the password will not work when the student goes to log in and a new password will need to be set.
- Try clearing the cache on the student's computer for the website. It's easy to do. I've included instructions below.

There are instructions on the Manage Students page of the Student Portal. Look for the Instructions Toggle at the top of the Manage Students page. There is also a walkthrough video showing how to use the basic features there.
Instructions for Clearing Cache
You can double check if it is a caching issue on your browser by logging into the website in an incognito window.
Here's how to clear the cache for a website on your browser. Next to the URL at the top of the page, click the Settings Icon -> All Site Data -> Delete Data


Sometimes, the issue can also be with the caching on your home router a well which isn't as easy to clear manually. Usually, router cache renews fairly often so if the issue is with router cache, the problem should go away on its own after a few hours.
